  1. What a great conversation. 90 minutes never passed so quickly. I’ve long been a fan of Tarbell’s, but I’ve never tried the Scottish salmon because, as my kids would say, it seemed “too basic” and I always want to try the items on a menu that are “extra.” After listening to this, I am going to order the salmon during a upcoming visit because the preparation sounds so appealing.
