A few years ago, a healthy hobby evolved into Maricopa County’s first licensed kombucha producer. Since opening in April 2018, Duane and Shelley of All About the Booch have made waves in the Arizona food and beverage scene. At the start, their products landed in a variety of wholesale accounts, from local grocers to independent breweries. Over time, All About the Booch made their way into farmer’s markets, expanding their retail operations. One thing that makes this small scale kombucha brewery unique is their love for hip-hop culture. At All About the Booch’s brewing facility, they give rapper names to each fermenter. Some names included the legendary Pac and Dre. The hip-hop theme continues with drink names like Bonita Apple Pie and Jala Back Berry.
