Tracy Dempsey has been a staple in the Arizona food scene for over 20 years and has worked alongside the best-of-the-best. One of her specialties has been to provide the desserts for some of Arizona’s top restaurants, but the COVID era brought that to a halt. She had to diversify, and that she did.
