Before leaving AZ for adventures north of state lines, Tamara Stanger had made quite a name for herself in the valley. After heading-up the kitchen at the now closed brewery Helio Basin, Stanger opened one of the hottest restaurants in the Phoenix area, Cotton & Copper.
