Josh Hebert is a well-known figure in the Arizona culinary world. Before owning his own restaurants he worked in a variety of premiere kitchens across the central valley, including North at Kierland. Several years ago he opened his first restaurant, Posh Kitchen in Old Town Scottsdale. Posh was an innovative omakase style fine dining establishment, creating a plethora of creative dishes. Eventually Josh moved on from Posh and created his current restaurant, Hot Noodles, Cold Sake. Hot Noodles, Cold Sake is a ramen restaurant in northern Scottsdale. This small cozy spot makes some of Arizona’s best traditional ramen. Their house specialty, the Goma sesame ramen, is absolutely delicious. Their more American versions include chicken and seafood ramens that are just as tasty.
